  • Eligible Exhibits. CoreNet Global reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company, product and/or service for inclusion into the Summit & EXPO
  • Limitation of Liability. The Exhibitor agrees to make no claim for any reason whatsoever, including negligence, against CoreNet, its members or agents or employees or the lessors or owners or the Summit & EXPO premises for loss, theft, damage or destruction of property; nor for any injury to himself or employees while in the exposition quarters. Each exhibitor should purchase his own insurance, as required
  • Defacing of Building. Exhibitors are liable for damage caused by fastening displays or fixtures to the building floors, walls or to the standard booth equipment, or for damage caused in any other manner. Exhibitors may not apply paint, lacquer, adhesive or any other coating to building walls and floors or to standard booth equipment
  • Display Dimensions. With the exception of island booths, maximum exhibit height is 8 feet. Exhibitors in island spaces wishing to go beyond 8 feet must submit a display sketch for management approval. Where an unfinished portion of an exhibit is exposed, the offending surface must be made presentable at the expense of the exhibitor. Each exhibitor is entitled to a reasonable sightline from the aisle regardless of the size of the exhibit. Therefore, a display may not extend above the side rail more than 4 feet from the back wall.
  • Sound Devices. The use of devices for mechanical reproduction of sound or music is permitted, but must be controlled. Sound of any kind must not be projected outside the confines of the exhibit booth.
  • Rejected Displays. The exhibitor agrees that his exhibit shall be admitted and shall remain from day to day solely on strict compliance with rules stated herein. CoreNet Global reserves the right to reject, eject or prohibit any exhibit in whole or in part, or any exhibitor or its representatives, with or without giving cause. If cause is not given, liability shall not exceed the return to the exhibitor in the amount of rental unearned at the time of ejection. If an exhibit or exhibitor is ejected for violation of these rules including, but not limited to the Exposition standards, or for any other reason stated, no return of rental shall be made.
  • Insurance. Liability insurance, property insurance and worker's compensation, with a minimum limit of $1 million, must be taken out by each exhibitor at his own expense, as required.
  • Exhibitor Representatives Responsibility. Each exhibitor must name at least one person to be his representative in connection with installation, operation and removal of exhibit. Such representative shall be authorized to enter into such service contracts as may be necessary, and for which the exhibitor shall be responsible. CoreNet Global reserves the right to have the exhibit installed at the expense of the exhibitor if work has not commenced on installation by 3 p.m. of the day preceding show opening.
  • Character of Display. Distribution of samples and printed matter of any kind, or any promotional material, is restricted to the confines of the exhibit booth. Orders only may be taken at the show; no individual sales with exchange of money.
  • Labor. Exhibitors must comply with union work rules where applicable. Union labor will be made available.
  • Cleaning. Exhibitors shall be held responsible for cleaning their exhibit area.
  • Exhibit Logistics. An Exhibitor kit containing detailed information will be mailed to each exhibitor in ample time for advanced planning. • Attendance. CoreNet Global shall have sole control over attendance policies at all times.
  • Sub-Leasing. Exhibitors may not sub-let their space, nor any part thereof.
  • Guards. CoreNet Global will employ reputable guards during the course of the Summit & EXPO. The duty of the guards will be to protect the general Summit & EXPO against fire or other catastrophes. Neither CoreNet Global, show management, nor the owners or lessors of the premises will assume any responsibility for an Exhibitor's personal property. It is suggested that the Exhibitor insure his property against loss and theft.
  • Fire & Safety Laws. Federal, state and city Laws must be strictly observed. Cloth decorations must be flameproof. Wiring must comply with fire department and underwriters rules. Smoking in exhibits is forbidden. Crowding will be restricted. Aisles and fire exits cannot be blocked by exhibits. No decoration of paper, pine boughs, leafy decorations or tree branches are allowed. See additional fire regulations.
  • Booth Relocation. Show management reserves the right to relocate exhibitors in comparable spaces other than those specified in the executed exhibitor agreement if it is deemed advisable and necessary and in the best interest of the event. In the event of relocation, exhibitors will be advised in writing and given the option of selecting another location if available, or to cancel and receive a full refund or all payments.
  • Acts of God, Fires, Strikes, Etc. In the event that any outside cause, such as a war, fire, strike, terrorist attack or other emergency, prevents the Summit & EXPO from being held, the Exhibition Management may retain such part of the Exhibitor's rental as shall be required to recompense management for expenses incurred up to the time such contingency shall have occurred.
  • Compliance With Laws. Exhibitors must comply with all laws, regulations, and ordinances in force.
  • Credit. Each exhibitor or their agent must have no outstanding past due invoices with CoreNet Global. Any deposits held for booth reservation may be applied against outstanding invoices with CoreNet Global.
  • Exhibitor, Sponsor & Advertiser Conduct. Exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers acknowledge their participation at the CoreNet Global Summit is at the sole business discretion of CoreNet Global. Further, exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers recognize that they may provide products or services that are competitive with CoreNet Global and that CoreNet Global's decision to allow them to participate is to further the goals of the corporate real estate industry and to allow for intellectual exchange. By virtue of exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers decision to participate in the CoreNet Global Summit, exhibitors, sponsors and/or advertisers agree they will not directly or indirectly, expressly or implicitly solicit, recruit or otherwise promote to CoreNet Global Summit participants any product, service or organization that is in any way competitive with CoreNet Global without the advanced, expressed written permission of CoreNet Global.
  • Amendments To Rules. Any and all matters or questions not specifically covered by the preceding rules and regulations may be amended at any time by CoreNet Global and all amendments made shall be binding on Exhibitors equally with the foregoing rules and regulations.

Should there be any dispute of any type between the parties to this agreement, said dispute will be submitted to mandatory binding arbitration, using an arbiter from the Judicial Arbiter Group in Denver, Colorado.
